IMPORTANT: Please read this Safety Disclaimer and Legal Notice ("Notice") thoroughly before using any products ("Products") manufactured or sold by LDP Workshop ("Manufacturer"). By utilizing these Products, you affirm your understanding and agreement to comply with the terms outlined herein.
Assumption of Risk: Engaging in activities using the Products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage, and other potential hazards associated with skateboarding. By electing to use the Products, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks.
Limitation of Use: The Products are designed for specific skateboarding activities and are to be used solely as intended by experienced individuals. Users under the age of 18 should have adult supervision. The Manufacturer disclaims any liability for misuse or use by individuals not familiar with the intended purpose of these Products.
No Warranty: The Manufacturer provides the Products on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. There are no warranties extending beyond the descriptions provided herein.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Manufacturer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of profit, arising out of your use or connection with these Products.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Manufacturer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claim, cost, expense, judgment, or other loss relating to your use of the Products, including without limitation of the foregoing, any action you take which is in violation of the terms and conditions of this Notice.
Governing Law: This Notice shall be governed by the laws of Westchester County, New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification of Notice: The Manufacturer reserves the right to alter or amend this Notice at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review this document periodically for any updates.
Acceptance of Terms: By using the Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Notice, representing the complete agreement between you and the Manufacturer regarding the Products, and superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
